Manifesting Wealth | Daystar Christian Centre | Pastor Sam Adeyemi

Shattering Wealth Barriers (2)

There is something about uncertainty that makes human beings uncomfortable. We crave clarity. We want guarantees. We want to know exactly how things will turn out.

That deep desire for certainty is also why people easily fall for quick-fix promises and miracle formulas. When the future feels unclear, many people will cling to anything that offers a sense of control.

But in God’s system, manifesting wealth doesn’t begin with certainty; it begins with covenant.

The greatest barrier to wealth is often a misunderstanding of identity and covenant.

Scripture reminds us that God calls things that do not exist as though they already exist (Romans 4:17). That means what God declares about you carries more authority than what your bank account currently reflects.

Your financial reality does not define you. Neither does your job title or your current circumstances.

God’s declaration does.

When God tested him in Genesis 22, Abraham did demonstrated what can only be described as dangerous obedience, a level of trust that goes beyond logic and comfort.

And when Abraham passed the test, God reaffirmed the covenant and released a generational blessing.

Here is the powerful truth: God’s covenant never fails on His side.

When a believer chooses to live by covenant principles, they step into a system that no human structure can shut down. No economy, policy, or system built by man can permanently impoverish someone who walks faithfully in God’s covenant.

Covenant practices that support you manifesting wealth;

  • Saving and managing resources wisely
  • Taking responsibility for your family
  • Helping the poor and vulnerable
  • Honouring those who teach and guide you spiritually
  • Respecting civic structures and fulfilling obligations like taxes

These are not random moral instructions; they are covenant behaviours that sustain wealth.

In the early church, believers shared resources and supported one another, demonstrating that collective prosperity can be stronger than individual success.

Manifesting wealth is not simply about acquiring money. It is about understanding identity, living by covenant, and aligning with God’s principles.

When your identity is secure in God, your obedience is complete, and your practices align with covenant truths, barriers begin to break.

And what once looked impossible starts to manifest, because in God’s system, wealth is not merely earned,  it is revealed through covenant living.
