Sound of Praise

Sound of Praise. God lovers always celebrate God’s value and His worth, we call that worship. And because He has the highest level of value imaginable, we worship Him. When you love someone you celebrate their value by giving.

For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

God recognized our value so He gave His son, He believes we are worth the life of the second person of the Trinity. There is no limit to our appreciation of God’s value, there is nothing we cannot give Him. The only thing of value we have is our life so we give Him our lives. There is another dimension to being a God lover, and that is to praise God and that means to celebrate attributes. Keep your focus on God, because that is what God lovers do. When you love someone that is the person that you pay attention to because you want to be sure that the person is okay. This is found all through the scriptures, People who loved God, while everything is going on around them, their own focus was on God.

Our focus today is on God. However bad the situation may be in this our world, God is present. What you look for is what you find but sadly we have been programmed to look for what isn’t working. (Genesis 1:2 NKJV) as dark as it was in the beginning, God was there. This is what happens with us God lovers, even if the world is turning upside down, it is God we are looking for. In the Bible, there was an exceptional God lover; David. All throughout everything He went through God was at the forefront of His mind. When you focus on God, your interpretation of scenarios will be more accurate, instead of seeing obstacles you will be seeing miracles. However bad it is in our lives right now, God is there. Complaining is a dangerous thing to do (1 Corinthians 10:10 NLT). The more you complain the less you obtain, the more you complain the farther you go from God’s miracles.
