Blossoming In Love. Unconditional love destroys fear, worry and doubt (1 John 4:18 NLT). Sometimes people will say that until you have done something, God will not respond to you, but we are the ones who need to respond to God, God has always responded to us. There is a short write-up that sums up a lot of people’s relationship with God.
Religion: “I messed up. My Dad’s gonna kill me.”
Gospel: “I messed up. I need to call my Dad.”
When we get into trouble we tend to run away from God instead of running to Him. Long before we showed up God finished the work and qualified us for His love. God didn’t have a plan B, He gave us His one and only son, this shows us the extent to which He loves us (1 John 3:16)
For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.( John 3:16 NLT)
You are God’s valentine everyday, not only on Valentine’s Day. Shut up all the voices of condemnation in your head, you are loved unconditionally. (Romans 8:32NLT). When we know God loves us it is easy to have faith so when He gives you instructions you know it is out of love and that makes it easy for you to carry out (John 5:19-20 NLT). When you understand the truth of how much God loves you and how good He is you will never feel unworthy or worthless. Unconditional love breeds trust, we can trust God with our lives, like children, we can jump from a table knowing that our father will catch us.
Say to yourself: I am Loved and my father loves me.
