It’s the most wonderful time of the Year! Ah, I love parties. Especially house parties. No, not the kind where people come to my home and eat all my food, LOL. I am talking of a potluck between friends turned family, where every guest brings something and we all enjoy the bounty.
Good host that I am, I like to also give each guest a lovely thoughtful gift as they leave, so that they carry positive party vibes with them as they walk out the door!
Ah Positive Party Vibes!
That is exactly what I felt at the Midweek service on Wednesday as Pastor Solomon Kpandei beautifully introduced the month’s series, ‘Doing Good’.
And you know that God anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with Power and with power. Then Jesus went around DOING GOOD and healing all who were oppressed by the devil because God was with Him. (Acts 10:38)
Pastor Solomon taught us very practical ways we can do good, just like Jesus. Find that sermon here. With how good the first sermon was, we are definitely in for a treat this August.
Imagine all of us jointly doing good, and receiving good, in generous words, kind actions and good character? We can truly make August the most wonderful time of the year, even before December gets here!
