This is the real deal: Share your story. Imagine the birthday of someone you admire or love around the corner. I’m sure you’ll be thinking of the best gift to give. Well, here are some ideas: a car, a Rolex wristwatch, a gigantic birthday cake, a thousand dollars, etc. What if I told you that there’s a perfect gift that never gets outdated, never gets finished when consumed, is always there, and is enjoyed the more it is consumed?
That gift is salvation—the sacrifice of Jesus.
One of the best ways to share this gift is to share your story. As you share, lives get changed. Remember Evang. Kunle Oni who shared his story on Sunday? Just in case you missed it, here it is. Someone else’s story changed his life and he has gone on to change many lives. Share your story, many lives are going to be transformed by it.
And don’t forget, we have one of the most powerful tools at our disposal – prayer. When we lift the unsaved in prayer, we are partnering with God in His work of redemption and salvation. We have the incredible privilege of interceding on behalf of those yet to experience the life-transforming power of Jesus Christ.
So share your story.
