Blossoming In Love 4. Whether you are rich or poor Satan will leverage what you have and try to use that to redefine who you are. Once Satan succeeded in shifting Adam and Eve’s concept of what God said, he had them. Satan will always take advantage of spiritual immaturity. It’s a risky proposition to tell a Christian that the proof that their faith is working is material things. Christ didn’t say that and neither did the apostles. If your identity is tied to material things, once they are removed then you are finished. Christ had not started doing miracles when He went into the synagogue to read the scrolls.
See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don’t recognize that we are God’s children because they don’t know him. 1 John 3:1 NLT.
Love heals you, you cannot be conscious of God’s love and accept that you are poor. God demonstrated your value by the price that He paid to save you. Romans 8:32 NLT.
Mark 6:34-44 MSG. There is no poverty in God’s system. It is important that we don’t allow ourselves become victims of man- made systems. Christ proved to His disciples while feeding the multitude that they were solution providers. Don’t allow your situation to redefine who you are, accept God’s word as your reality. We’re richer than we think and we will only find out when we step forward to meet people’s needs. It is likely that there is something you have and are overlooking right now that is someone else’s miracle. Once you accept that you are poor, you won’t be able to pour into anybody.
