We’re so excited that it is the last month of the year 2022, so welcome to Joy-cember. It’s been a journey, and the past 11 months have been amazing.

We started the year intentionally with the theme of January, “Trust in God.” and we must say, there have been so many testimonies shared all through the year about the amazing things God does for us, and how our trust in Him has remained steady. Hallelujah!

Here’s one of the many testimonies that was shared with us.

In 2015, we decided to make Daystar our church. Our first service together was prophetic; Pastor Sam walked up the stage and titled his sermon ‘Get Ready to Marry.’ We looked at ourselves and laughed. Fast-forward to April 2021, we finally got married in Daystar.

God has since dazzled us with numerous blessings, some of which are:
My wife got a new job with one of the most prominent global NGOs in the world as a manager earning in 7 digits with mouth-watering benefits.
We both enjoy global health coverage.
We relocated to the Federal Capital Territory at her organization’s expense.
In June 2021, we made our first trip abroad together.
In September 2021, I got admission to do my MBA at a prestigious university in Canada. A dream that took me almost a decade to achieve.
In February 2022, my employer graciously paid the guaranteed tuition for my MBA studies.
In June 2022, we made our first payment to buy our first house.
I got a salary raise at my place of work and even more favours.

We pray that your testimony is next in Jesus name.

This Sunday is our thanksgiving service, and I know you have many things to be thankful for. So come to church or join online with your dancing shoes and a song of praise. We will be giving thanks to God not just for January to November but for life; for the new month, the new car, the new baby, the new home, and so much more.

Our December series is ‘Joy’ and the joy of the Lord will continue to fill your heart and your home. Amen

So welcome to Joy-cember.

Remember, you are loved!
